Ang “OFFER SHEET” ay isang offer palang naman po. Kapag napirmahan mo ang offer ng isang company, ang pinirmahan mo na iyon ay may bisa lamang sa context ng pag tanggap ng offer. Pero hindi ito nangangahulugan na empleyado ka na nila or nagkaroon na ng employer-employee relationship.

Dahil hindi ka pa nila empleyado, pwede ka tumangap ng ibang job offer.
