I am a lawyer, a licensed real estate broker, and licensed real estate appraiser and a masters degree holder in real estate management. I am a cebu based lawyer with head office at The Regency Crest , Paseo Saturnino Maria Luisa Road Banilad Cebu City and Satellite offices in Manila and Siargao.
My area of practice involves Property and Estate Law, Business and Corporation Law, and Civil and Criminal Litigation.

My services focuses primarily on real estate transactions, and business corporation matters. I have successfully represented my clients in wide range of cases from personal injury claims to complex business disputes and other real estate transaction such as brokerage, consultation, legal business processing, property titling, acquisition and disposition of land.

I am also a law school professor at Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Law in Manila and University of the Visayas – Gullas Law School in Cebu City teaching Torts and Damages, Land titles and Deeds, Law on Sales, Law on Public Officers, Election Law and Administrative Law.

I earned my Juris Doctor Degree from San Sebastian College Recoletos Manila. I also worked at the Senate of the Philippines- Office of Senator Gordon as assistant to the legislative team assisting in legal research , attending senate hearings to name a few.

Outside court, i am engaged in different civic and social activities. I am also active in legal aid programs by the IBP, and other real estate conventions and activities nationwide.

I am also the Vice President – External of Cebu South Real Estate Board- a real estate chapter under the Philippine Association of Real Estate Board.

I incorporate my legal knowledge to my 9 years brokerage and real estate practice.
