Hello, wala pong nakukulong sa utang, bukod sa eto ay civil case lang at hindi criminal case (no penalty for impriosonment), nakasaad din po sa Section 20, Art III ng ating Saligang Batas na:

“SECTION 20. No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a poll tax.”

Nais ko lang po idagdag na dapat walang halong “deceit”, “fraud” o pangloloko ang nasabing pangungutang upang eto ay hindi pumasok sa criminal case na Swindling o Estafa, kaya mas mainam pa rin na ikaw ay mag komonsulta ng personal sa isang lawyer para mapag-aralang mabuti ang iyong sitwasyon at masuri ng Mabuti ang mga dokumentong iyong hawak.
