The answer is YES. Ang scenario na inyong nabangit ay isang “MISREPRESENTATION“. Nag pasa ng fake na NBI at napaniwala na ang employer na totoo ang NBI clearance na naipasa, dahil dito napasok sa trabaho ang employee at nakakatanggap ng sweldo. Possible na ang i-kaso ay estafa dahil nga po merong elemento ng misrepresentation.
