VAWC/ANNULMENT

1. Matibay pa din po ba na evidence for child abuse and VAWC kung ang hawak na ebidensya ay 2020 pa nangyari? Juana never reported or file a case against Juan.

  • 2. Can VAWC be ground for Annulment?

3. How much po estimate magagastos ni Juana for annulment?

  • 4. Ano ang mga requirements at first step na dapat gawin ni Juana upang makapag file ng petition for annulment and child support. Thank you.

Sagot sa Q2: VAWC as a crime is not a ground for annulment po.

Sagot sa Q3: You need to consider the following fees:

1. Acceptance fee

2. Apperance fees

3. Pleading or motion fees

4. Court fees

5. psychologist professional fee (If gagamitin ang Psycological Incapacity as ground)

Estimate could be 200k minimum upto 350k and it can go up more depending on the lawyer’s professional fees.

Sagot sa Q4: To give Juana an idea, ang first step is an assessment with a lawyer.
